Feeling a little nerdy?

Then you’re in the right place. Nerdy Thirty, published by WriteLife, is a collection of thirteen humorous essays that recount personal experiences from my childhood, my painfully awkward teen years, a few days in college I’d rather forget, and those leading up to the big three-oh, which happened in December 2008.

I began writing the book several years ago without really knowing it. Then, in 2008, after turning thirty, I put “pen to paper” (OK, fingers to Macintosh) and got serious about writing a book, something I’ve talked about for years.
